You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Once this period has passed, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as delivered, and kept in their original packaging.

- Returns are accepted for both faulty and non-faulty items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, an exchange will be sent the same day

Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
- If the item is defective or damaged and falls under our policy, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not covered by our policy, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, we will automatically refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
